Illinois Attorney Stephen Buser has 30 years of experience in personal injury and wrongful death cases, personally handling every case that comes into the office. He has represented clients in approximately 50 jury trials in Illinois and Missouri and has also represented clients who have suffered injuries in surrounding states, including Arkansas, Kansas, and Mississippi. He is prepared to file suit and take the case to trial when negotiations fail to yield a reasonable settlement.
